You cannot fly in to pick up a certificate. You should not have to.
We go to the person or office that holds it. We collect it. We check it matches your list. We pack it. We send it by DHL, FedEx or Posta with tracking. You get a photo at every step.
What can we send?
Certificates and transcripts. Legal and company papers. Personal items. Gifts. Samples. Small goods for your shop.
What do we not send?
Anything illegal or restricted. If a courier will not take it, we tell you before you pay.
How does it work?
- You tell us what to collect and from where.
- We quote the full cost including courier fees.
- We collect and photograph the item.
- We pack it and book the courier.
- You get the tracking number the same day.
Do my documents need stamping first?
Some countries ask for attested or legalised papers. The rules depend on the document and the country. We check the current rules with the issuing office before we send anything. We can also arrange the visit to the right office.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the courier and the country. We give you the courier's own estimate in the quote. We do not promise a date the courier has not promised.
What does it cost?
You pay a service fee plus the courier fee plus any office fees. We show each part in the quote. Nothing is hidden.
